At A Change in Trajectory (ACT) Inc, we are a family-oriented agency focused on bridging the developmental gap for children with special needs. We provide in-home, school, clinic, and community-based services for individuals from infancy to adulthood who have disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intellectual Disability, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Seizure Disorder, and related special needs. Our goal is to ensure that all children have access to the resources and support they need to reach their full potential in San Diego and beyond.
