Founded more than 20 years ago by Janet and Rusty Presson in Severt Circle Lenoir, our mission is to empower individuals and their families with special needs by delivering high impact services and supports in a caring environment. Our founders, driven by a desire to find quality care for their son diagnosed with Autism, created Abound, formerly A Small Miracle, with a commitment to make a difference in the lives of those with I/DD. This commitment to providing quality care has been our driving force for the past two decades, and it will remain our mission for the years to come.
