Active Day Day Annapolis offers a “home away from home” atmosphere for seniors and disabled adults, providing adult day health care supervision and rehabilitative therapies for those with chronic conditions such as COPD, stroke, Alzheimer’s, seizures, diabetes, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, hypertension, heart disease, and developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our caring professionals strive to create a comfortable and familiar atmosphere with our programs to make a positive difference to those who require health care and support services.
