At Active Day Harford, we provide a home away from home for seniors and disabled adults. We offer adult day health care supervision, therapeutic activities, and rehabilitative therapies to those living with chronic conditions, such as COPD, stroke, Alzheimer’s, seizures, diabetes, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, hypertension and heart disease, and developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our highly trained and compassionate professionals strive to create a comfortable and familiar atmosphere, ensuring the highest quality of care and support services to those who need it.
