ALTEC is a Hatfield-based company providing day services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to foster growth and development in a positive, caring environment and offer pre-vocational, supported life skills, an older-adult program, and supportive community employment. We believe in the basic human rights of all individuals, and strive to provide meaningful work/volunteer experiences within the community, while empowering individuals to participate in decisions that affect their lives.
