Advocacy & Inclusion Matter (AIM) of West Central Minnesota is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that has been advocating, referring, educating, and promoting social inclusion since its inception as an Arc chapter in 1957. Over the past 60+ years, AIM has provided services to more than 1200 adults, children, and families each year. Our mission is to create a world where all individuals can live, work, and participate in their community with dignity, respect, and inclusion. We strive to ensure that individuals with disabilities have access to and are empowered to make life choices and pursue meaningful opportunities.
