AFCAMP Hartford Haven CPRC is a Community Parent Resource Center that provides families, caregivers, and providers with the necessary information and training to understand special education laws and services for children aged 0-26. Our mission is to educate, empower, and engage parents and our community to improve the quality of life for children with special needs, as well as those at risk of education inequity or system involvement. Through our work, we strive to ensure that all children have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
