At Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) in Tampa, we are committed to serving the needs of Floridians with developmental disabilities. We are governed by Chapter 20, Chapter 393 and Chapter 916 of the Florida Statutes and work with local organizations and private providers to provide social, medical, behavioral, residential and therapeutic services for people with developmental disabilities and their families. Our goal is to ensure those with developmental disabilities can live, learn and work in their communities.
