The Center for Assistive Technology (TRAID) Program is a comprehensive service that provides access to assistive technology for any New Yorker with a disability. Our Regional TRAID Centers are funded by the US Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Community Living (ACL), the NYS Department of Health and ACCES-VR to provide device loans and hands-on training. Our service is available to individuals in different settings such as schools, homes, and workplaces, and we offer a range of assistive technology devices for loan. With the TRAID Program, we strive to empower individuals with disabilities by helping them to access the technology they need to be successful.
