About Assistive Technology (TRAID) Program | Technology Resources Center

As part of the Technology Resources Center, the Assistive Technology (TRAID) Program provides New Yorkers with disabilities access to assistive technology and device loans. Our Regional TRAID Centers provide hands-on training to help individuals learn how to use assistive technology in their home, school, and work environments. We are supported by grants from the US Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Community Living (ACL), the NYS Department of Health, and ACCES-VR. Our mission is to ensure individuals with disabilities have the necessary resources to reach their full potential.
