At Autism Services Center (ASC), we provide comprehensive, community-integrated services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with a specialty in autism. Founded in 1979 by Ruth C. Sullivan, Ph.D., we are a licensed, nonprofit behavioral health center serving Cabell, Wayne, Lincoln, Mason and Putnam counties in West Virginia. Our mission is to help individuals with disabilities integrate into their community and lead meaningful lives. Through our holistic approach of quality care, we strive to empower those we serve and their families.
