Autism Workforce (AW) is dedicated to helping companies unlock the power of an untapped workforce. With services focused on staff training, creating autism-ready jobs, employment coaching, and practice interviews, our mission is to provide the necessary tools for companies to successfully hire and work with those with autism. Our program participants are 18+ years old, verbal, have basic computer skills, and have access to the internet. We strive to provide our clients with the knowledge and resources needed to help them benefit from the unique skills and attributes of this ready, willing, and able workforce.
