Avita Community Partners is a developmental disabilities services provider based in Dawsonville, Georgia, established in 1993 by the Georgia State Legislature. Our mission is to promote safe, stable and meaningful lives in a 13-county area of northeast Georgia by providing support and comprehensive services to individuals and families in crisis. We strive to reduce barriers faced by persons with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases. Our vision is for individuals to have a home, job, and meaningful interaction in the community, with families acting as valued partners in planning and support.
