Avita Community Partners is a Developmental Disabilities Services provider founded in 1993 by the Georgia State Legislature. Our goal is to help individuals, families, and communities in the 13-county area of northeast Georgia minimize barriers and achieve their dreams. We offer a variety of services and programs to promote safe, stable, and meaningful lives for citizens. Our vision is for communities to act responsibly toward all citizens by providing support and comprehensive services, and for individuals to have a home, job, and meaningful interaction in the community with the help of their families, both biological and chosen. Our mission is to make this vision a reality.
