Avita Community Partners is a developmental disabilities services organization established in 1993 by the Georgia State Legislature. We are committed to providing safe, stable and meaningful lives through our variety of services and programs to citizens within a 13-county area of northeast Georgia. Our mission is to minimize barriers and help individuals, families and communities achieve their dreams. We envision communities that act responsibly towards all citizens, providing support and comprehensive services to those in crisis. Our goal is for all individuals to participate in meaningful relationships, have a home, job, and meaningful interaction with their community, and for families to serve as valued partners.
