At Avita Community Partners, our mission is to improve the lives of those with mental illness, developmental disabilities and addictive diseases by providing support and comprehensive services to individuals and families in northeast Georgia. With our variety of services and programs, we aim to help individuals, families, and communities minimize barriers and achieve their dreams. We are committed to creating a safe, stable, and meaningful life for all citizens and envision a world where individuals have access to a home, job, and meaningful interaction in their community. Our hope is that families, both biological and chosen, serve as valued partners and participate in planning, and natural support systems are developed. We are proud to be the 1993 Georgia State Legislature’s chosen partner in service to those experiencing disabling effects of mental illness, developmental disabilities and addictive diseases.
