Avita Community Partners is a Georgia State Legislature-formed organization that provides services to individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases across a 13-county area of northeast Georgia. Our mission is to enable individuals, families, and communities to minimize barriers and achieve their goals through a variety of programs and services. We strive to create a supportive environment for our clients and their families, where they can develop natural support systems and have access to a home, job, and meaningful interaction in their community. Our vision is to create a society that acts responsibly toward all its citizens by providing support and comprehensive services in times of crisis.
