For over 30 years, Bay Community Support Services (Bay-CSS) has been providing personalized services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in Southern and Central Maryland. Our mission is to help individuals with disabilities gain independence, meaningful community participation, and employment productivity. We strive to ensure that all individuals, regardless of their ability or disability, are afforded the necessary skills and opportunities to work, live, and participate in their local community. Our services are tailored to support varying levels of intellectual abilities and physical mobility and our dedication to our clients is evident in our 93% satisfaction rate and 85% of our Supported Employment program participants being gainfully employed.
