Our program takes a strength-based and proactive approach to helping keep families together, offering Respite Care, Therapeutic Support and Individualized Day and Day Support Options. Our Respite Care program provides a safe and nurturing environment for clients, allowing parents and caregivers to regain control over their lives, while our Therapeutic Support Program uses The Nurtured Heart Tool Approach in order to establish goals for clients. Our Individualized Day and Day Support Option is tailored to meet the individual’s needs and help them achieve their goals.
