Beth Henry holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science and a Bachelor of Arts in English–Technical Writing. For 10 years, she was a Technical Writer and manager in the corporate world. After leaving the corporate world, she dedicated her services to childrens ministry and homeschooling her own children. Her oldest was diagnosed with ADHD, while her youngest was eventually diagnosed with dyslexia. To better help students and parents, Beth became a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) and Certified Dyslexia Advocate. She is a state leader in Decoding Dyslexia–Oklahoma and works to provide resources for parents and schools. With her family’s experience, Beth believes in the importance of the whole child, not just their ability to read. She strives to give proper instruction and support to keep kids from falling through the cracks.
