Black Hills Special Services Cooperative (BHSSC) is a Community Support Provider in South Dakota dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve their goals and dreams. Our DD Division provides services in the Northern Black Hills and Hot Springs areas, partnering with participants, families, community organizations, and other members of the community to ensure that everyone gets the life they desire.
