Founded by people with disabilities advocating for full integration into society, BCIL empowers individuals of all ages with a variety of disabilities to gain practical skills, self-confidence, and control over their lives. We strive to become active members of the communities in which we live and engage in advocacy and community organizing to promote access and change.
