Buford Family Fitness is a professional family gym located in Buford, GA, off of Buford Highway. We have been serving our community for more than 5+ years, offering personal training, group training, nutrition training, athletic training, and physique work for competition prep. Our experienced trainers specialize in one-on-one training for children with autism, helping them to reach their full potential in strength, cardio, running formation, lifting weights, biking, jogging, box jumping, and more. We are the only gym in the area that offers specialized training for those with autism, and also provide life skills classes for our young athletes. Our goal is to help children feel encouraged and motivated to reach their goals.
