BLAST is a unique after-school program designed to help children experience success in the classroom, playground, and other extracurricular youth activities. Our program provides successful experiences by helping children improve their social skills and increase their ability to function in various situations. Campers participate in structured activities and group discussions to gain the necessary skills to articulate their feelings, make and keep friends, handle frustration, follow directions, and control their impulses. BLAST also offers Parent Education sessions with two meetings devoted to parenting skills for challenging children. Building Lasting Success Together (BLAST) is a part of Aveson Global Leadership Academy, dedicated to helping children reach their full potential.
