Bureau of Early Intervention is the New York State Early Intervention Program (EIP) that provides services to infants and toddlers (under three years old) with disabilities or developmental delays in physical, cognitive, communication, socio-emotional, and/or adaptive abilities. We are a part of the national Early Intervention Program, and strive to provide the best quality of care to our youngest family members.
