About Buxmont Academy | Feasterville

At Buxmont Academy & CSF, we provide programs to help troubled and at-risk youth in eastern Pennsylvania. Our students, aged from grades 6-12, often experience a variety of behavioral, emotional, and mental health issues, such as learning difficulties, ADD/ADHD, substance abuse, aggression, low self-esteem, and more. We provide comprehensive services at our five school campuses, four community foster homes, and other programs to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students. Our staff are dedicated to providing the most effective care, guidance, and support to give our students the best chance of success.
