The California State Council on Developmental Disabilities in San Bernardino is dedicated to protecting and advocating for the civil, legal, and service rights of individuals with developmental disabilities. We strive to ensure that services and supports are of the highest possible quality and designed to increase the independence, inclusion, productivity, and self-determination of each individual throughout their lifetime.
