Camp Abilities is a privately funded educational sports camp for children and young adults who are blind, deafblind, or have multiple disabilities including visual impairment. We provide quality instruction and individualized 1:1 coaching for each child, enabling them to succeed in sports activities and develop their self-confidence, independence, and self-esteem. Our camp in Tucson, AZ serves 25-30 athletes with visual impairments each summer, and our goal is to create an atmosphere of inclusivity, acceptance, and an opportunity to learn and grow. We strive to empower our campers to reach their highest potential and be the best they can be. We are dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment where campers can explore, discover and reach their goals.
