About Camp New Hope

Camp New Hope is a year-round recreational experience providing fun and adventure for individuals aged 8 and above with physical and developmental disabilities. Our 41 acres of rolling terrain on the shores of Lake Mattoon offer exciting opportunities for our campers, including fishing, pontoon boat rides, train rides, swimming in the pool, playing on the playground and mini golf course, and participating in games, crafts and more. We strive to create an inclusive, safe and enjoyable environment for all those who visit us.
