Founded in 1992, The Center for Independent Living Opportunities (CIL Opportunities) is a private, non-profit, non-residential organization supporting individuals with disabilities in Adams, Franklin, and York counties in Pennsylvania. Our services are free, confidential and accessible to all people regardless of age, race, ethnicity, gender, socio-economic status, sexual orientation/identity, religious background, or disability severity. We prioritize self-determination and empower those living with disabilities to make their own decisions and choices. As part of the PA statewide network of consumer-controlled centers for independent living, we are a proud member of the Pennsylvania Council on Independent Living and the National Council on Independent Living.
