The Center for Independent Living of North Central Pennsylvania (RTFCIL) is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities by providing resources, options, and disability-related services needed to achieve freedom in their lives. Our non-residential organization works to protect and enhance the rights and quality of life of people with disabilities, while also ensuring their full participation in society. Our services include life skills training, peer counseling, individual and group advocacy, information and referral, service coordination, Nursing Home Transition (NHT), and Assistive Technology (AT). Our goal is to ensure that people with disabilities have the same opportunities and access to the same resources as everyone else.
