Chesapeake Speech School is a nonprofit, nonpublic co-education school dedicated to teaching severely language disordered children in Maryland. Our cutting-edge program integrates state of the art sensory integration and oral motor therapies to facilitate acquisition and use of oral language. Approved by the Maryland State Dept. of Education, our 11-month program serves children ages 5-18. Established under the aegis of the Magnolia Speech School in Jackson, MS – which has been successfully educating children with severe communication disorders since 1956 – Chesapeake Speech School offers a unique, highly structured visual/multi sensory language program for your child.
