About Child Find | Fort Collins

Child Find is a free program that serves public school systems, providing crucial identification and developmental services to children from birth to 21 years of age who may have special needs. Our Fort Collins-based program provides free developmental services for children from birth to 5 years with developmental disabilities, and is available to families statewide. We strive to ensure that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential. At Child Find, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate support to children and their families.
