About City of Eugene Recreation Services | WJ Skatepark + Urban Plaza

The City of Eugene Recreation Services is proud to announce the opening of WJ Skatepark + Urban Plaza, a free-to-skate park open daily from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m., rain or shine. This 23,000 sq. ft. skatepark was designed with both beginners and expert skaters in mind, featuring an iconic ribbon, mini-snake run, and a blend of varied skate terrain. Washington Jefferson Park also offers basketball courts, nationally sanctioned horseshoe pits, accessible pathways, restrooms, bike racks, benches, drinking fountains, energy-efficient lighting, landscaping, and areas to accommodate food carts and special events.
