At City of Tucson Parks and Recreation, we strive to provide a wide variety of recreational activities and opportunities for the community. Our parks are great places to exercise, play, learn, picnic, and relax. We operate and maintain parks throughout Tucson and its surrounding areas, including Active and Passive Recreation Parks, Natural and Cultural Resource Parks, River Parks and Greenways, Plazas, and Gardens. We also maintain many undeveloped park properties and Open Space properties, which are preserved as open space for the community to enjoy. As the premier provider of outdoor recreation, we are committed to preserving our parks and providing quality outdoor experiences to the Tucson community.
