Community Health of South Florida, Inc. (CHI) is a nonprofit healthcare organization that has been providing affordable, quality, and culturally-sensitive primary and behavioral healthcare services since 1971. Our 11 state-of-the-art primary care centers and 35 school-based programs are accredited by the Joint Commission and our physicians are board-certified. We are committed to being a beacon of hope for our community, recently embarking on a mission to build the first comprehensive Children’s Crisis Center in southern Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties to provide mental health support for children.
