About Community Legal Aid Society Inc | New Castle County

The Community Legal Aid Society Inc (CLASI) of New Castle County is dedicated to tackling injustice through persistent and innovative civil legal advocacy for vulnerable and underserved Delawareans. CLASI offers free legal services to individuals with disabilities, older adults (aged 60+), victims of housing discrimination, people living in poverty, victims of domestic violence, and immigrant victims of crime, abuse or neglect. We strive for racial and ethnic equity in our services, with offices located in Wilmington, Dover, and Georgetown.
