Community Rehabilitation Center, Inc. (CRC) was established in 1993 in order to provide a comprehensive mental health program to Jacksonville’s minority population. Since then, CRC has grown to provide services to more than 200 individuals each day, and has increased its scope to include mental health, substance use, and HIV treatment. Our top priority is providing our clients with a multicultural and accessible program that will help them achieve better mental health and overall well-being.
