Community Transition Academy (CTA) is a non-public transition school (NPS) providing educational, vocational and social support to emerging adults, between the ages of 11th grade and 22 years old, who have challenges associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our curriculum, based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), is designed to provide each student with the individualized instruction and skills needed for successful transition into daily life. CTA offers a complete transition program, both in the classroom and in the community, creating a supportive environment for each student’s individualized education plan (IEP). Our goal is to empower emerging adults with ASD to reach their fullest potential and become contributing members of their community.
