COPE Community Services, Inc. is a private, nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to creating pathways to better health. We offer innovative solutions and comprehensive programs to address general mental health and substance abuse issues, serious mental illness, physical healthcare, and wellness concerns. Our integrated healthcare approach takes into consideration the body, mind, and spirit connection. We are funded through the City of Tucson Housing Department, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and AHCCCS Managed Care Organizations such as Arizona Complete Health, United Healthcare, and Banner University Health Plan.
