The Minnesota Department of Administration’s System of Technology to Achieve Results (STAR) is dedicated to providing Minnesotans with disabilities access to and acquisition of the assistive technology they need to lead independent, productive lives. Funded by the Department of Health and Human Services and the Administration For Community Living under the Assistive Technology Act of 1998, as amended (P.L. 108-364), STAR strives to empower individuals with disabilities and equip them with the necessary tools to live, learn, work, and play.
