The DHS/Office of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) Elgin Office is a division of the Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS). We are dedicated to providing inclusive services to individuals with disabilities, equipping them with the tools and resources to make informed choices about achieving full participation in their communities through employment, education, and independent living. Our committed staff works hand-in-hand with individuals and their families to create customized plans for success and to provide the necessary support to reach their goals. We strive to ensure that everyone has access to the same opportunities and to foster an environment of acceptance and inclusion.
