Dilworth Psychotherapy Associates is a compassionate, caring practice with over 30 years of experience in social work. Our team is led by Jane Patterson, MSW, LCSW, who has a calm, gentle personality and utilizes marital therapy approaches from John Gottman and Harville Hendrix’s Imago Relationship Therapy and cognitive-behavioral training from David Burns. We also have Meg Houlihan, Ph.D available to work with clients experiencing depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, relationship discord, effects of chronic medical conditions and chronic stress, fertility/adoption issues and career/life direction questions. Our approach is practical, skills-based and holistic, incorporating physical, spiritual/meaning, cognitive, emotional and behavioral realms for more effective functioning.
