Disability Rights DC (DRDC) at University Legal Services is the federally-designated protection and advocacy program for people with disabilities in the District of Columbia. Our mission is to advance the civil and legal rights of people with disabilities in the district through advocacy, counseling, and education. As the Client Assistance Program under the Rehabilitation Act, DRDC works to ensure that individuals with disabilities can live with dignity, autonomy, and self-determination. We strive to ensure that people with disabilities are able to access the same rights, services, and opportunities as everyone else.
