About Disability Services of the Southwest | San Antonio

Based in San Antonio, Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW) has been providing vital support services to people with disabilities and the elderly since 1993. Our licensed services include Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS), Consumer Directed Services (CDS), Deaf-Blind with Multiple Disabilities (DBMD), personal attendant services, nursing and therapies, home modification, adaptive aids, job coaching, and supported employment. We strive to provide the best possible care to meet the individual needs of each person we serve.
