DotCom Therapy is a leader in pediatric therapy services since 2015. We provide both direct therapy services and education to schools, health systems and community programs. Our goal is to remove location as a barrier and equalize access to quality support. Our approach to care is a community-based one, delivering services both in-person and via teletherapy, with a focus on treating the whole child. DotCom Therapy was founded by Founder + President, Rachel Mack Robinson, with the mission of providing an alternative to delivering therapy services in remote, rural villages of Alaska. We are proud of our hybrid approach to care, and our commitment to delivering the best pediatric therapy services available.

At DotCom Therapy, we understand how important it is to recognize when your child may need speech therapy. If you think your child could benefit from speech therapy, there are a few signs to consider. These include: difficulty responding to questions, difficulty starting or ending conversations, difficulty changing conversation topics, limited use of gestures or body language, or delayed language development. Speech therapy can be especially important for autistic children since it can help them learn effective communication skills and become more independent and confident. Our guide provides everything you need to know about speech therapy so you can make the best decision for your child.
At DotCom Therapy, we understand that speech therapy can provide a wide range of benefits to children. Our highly-trained speech therapists specialize in helping children develop the ability to communicate more effectively. We work to improve nonverbal skills, such as signs or gestures, form speech in a clearer way, communicate thoughts and feelings more clearly, understand and respond to questions, discern facial expressions and corresponding emotions, recognize and understand body language, and address issues with stuttering and feeding or swallowing. Our goal is for each child to be able to communicate effectively across all environments.
