Dr. Bhargava established Connecticut Neurodevelopmental Services (CNS) in 1994 with the mission to serve families in the Greater Waterbury and surrounding areas. He has dedicated his years of experience to provide specialized care for children and their families who face neurological and related concerns. In July 2009, Dr. Bhargava opened his Farmington satellite office to reach even more families in Hartford, New London and Tolland Counties. CNS is committed to providing the highest quality of care to those in need.
