Dr. Laura G. Klinger, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and Executive Director of the UNC TEACCH Autism Program. She is a clinical psychologist dedicated to providing community-based care and methods to support the implementation of evidence-based practices in community settings. Dr. Klinger is currently researching ways to identify and support service needs for individuals from young adulthood through aging. She is Principal Investigator of two clinical trials examining the effectiveness of a community college program for adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Dr. Klinger is committed to providing quality care to those affected by ASD, and is dedicated to finding ways to improve the lives of individuals on the autism spectrum.
