Dr. Martin Miller MD and the PINE Psychoanalytic Center are committed to promoting knowledge and understanding of psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy through training, education, scholarly inquiry, and advocacy. Founded in 1975, PINE is a unique intellectual home for psychoanalysts, psychoanalytically-oriented psychotherapists, and scholars interested in psychoanalytic ideas. Our diverse membership includes senior analysts, faculty who trained at PINE, and analysts from other institutes who are committed to learning in a collegial, intimate atmosphere. By combining the Psychoanalytic Institute of New England, East (PINE) and the Psychoanalytic Society of New England (PSNE) in 2010, we have created an environment where old and new voices come together in thoughtful, inspiring conversations.
