Dr. Michele D. Kleiman, MD, is a board-certified pediatric neurology specialist with decades of experience in this field. She has worked with health professionals and families to improve the quality of life for thousands of children with various neurologic conditions, including her own brother Danny, who was diagnosed on the Autism spectrum. Dr. Kleiman graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1981 with a major in psychobiology, earned her doctorate of medicine from Temple University School of Medicine in 1986, and completed her pediatric and neurology training at Schneider Children’s Hospital in New York and the Floating Hospital for Children in Boston. Before entering private practice, she was a member of the UCONN pediatric neurology team and worked at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. Dr. Kleiman is published author and an assistant professor who is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with Special Competence in Child Neurology.
